*Duracell Professional End User Warranty: Duracell warrants  its professional end users that these batteries will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase.  Should any device of a Professional End User be damaged due to a PROCELL battery defect, Duracell will repair or replace the device at its option.  If a Professional end user has any issues with this product they should call 1(800)-551-2355 (9AM-5PM EST).  Please note that PROCELL products are not intended for retail sale and the Professional End User Warranty does not apply to any PROCELL products purchased by retail consumers.
